US roaming

Purchased a USA data voice package this morning January 30.

My account shows the addons paid

AT&T, and Tmobile both say I have not purchased the addons.

What gives?

I can see why you may have selected the wrong add-on.

Go to page one of this thread

You could also use the Permalink feature. 🙂

Type moderator_team in the To box.

Did you think about my post about maybe keeping it?

So who do I ask for a refund?

3 posts before this one I gave you that answer

And you would likely only get credited into your Available Funds. Not an actual money back refund. Ask nicely 🙂

Orrr...keep this add-on for those times you might want to call the states or, if you're on an old provincial plan then the rest of Canada. Could be useful. It'll just stay on until used up eventually.

 @a8610

Click on Plan Details. I had purchased texting and data. Only data showed up on the overview page. The texting showed up in Plan Details (and data).

Like I said I have purchased roaming addons previously.

So, are you chalking this up to a temporary brain cramp, i.e. just weren't paying attention close enough at the time of purchase?

Interesting.  I dont need local calling nor local data addons

I checked the boxes for roaming for 1 g of data, and some voice mail.

How do I get a refund?

Like I said I have purchased roaming addons previously.  I am not happy spending money on data nor on voice that I do not need.

You would have to purchase the proper add-on...go back into your account and select the one you want that starts with US ROAMING.

As for a refund you'd have to explain the situation to the moderators and it would be up to them to decide or not.

As @cellphoneuser1  said. There is no USA roaming add-on on your account.. The 200 min us / Canada add-on is only for when you're in Canada NOT roaming in USA

I only see a long distance add-on there. That's a long distance add-on that can only be used in Canada.

@a8610 Purchasing the add-on is a two step process. First you fund your account then you need to add it to your account. Sounds like you just did step 1.
