US roaming

Hello, 

I bought a US roaming add-on with 10 days talk, text and 250mb data. I could not receive nor make phone calls. But I can use data and text. Please help.

@Timer- Grace_L has not been heard from since yesterday evening. User Moppel stepped in to the thread with a question about T-Mobile. Seems answered by the oracle. A newer user added something to the thread this morning which brought it all back.

if still not works then contact to support team by private message CS_Agent  to remove it those add-ons from your account.

Since T-Mobile is not in your list of available networks, this means that T-Mobile doesn't have service at that location for the network types that are enabled on your device.

How do you get t mobile? My network options are att  Verizon and a number network.

I am in Finger lakes region. I can see my phone is connected to T mobile.

@Grace_L   which city and state you are at?

To use voice for US roaming, you need to make sure you are connecting to T-Mobile network as they have the 2G network for the voice traffic.  If your phone's automatic settings cannot connect to T-Mobile, try to change to manual connection and manually pick T-Mobile network
