I purchaced a $20 us roaming and data add on on friday august 5 and the service was absolutely useless. I was at Michigan raceway and was able to use it about 5 times. I have used this many times and never had this problem before. I would like my money back. Very upset with this. Al

HI@Berkley11 did you try to connect to both T-Mobile and AT&T and see which one works better?
Yes, if the roaming wasn't working out, open ticket with CS agent and complain, the might reverse the transaction or work out some compensation:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
