I wondered that too but there's no talk/data apart from two add-ons and the OP used the singular "a".

@kettner2, that is hard to explain considering you must have been connected to the right network partner in order to get data to work. The only thing that comes to mind is whether the correct add-on was purchased. When 2 of the 3 features work, it is highly unlikely that an incorrect add-on purchase was the issue. Two add-ons would need to be purchased to have individual talk and data vs a single add-on with all 3 features.
