Hi I want to add

"$15 for 400 mins (includes international). Any unused minutes will roll over to your next cycle."

In order to roll over unused minute to next billing cycle , do I need to pay for  add ons evry billing cycle or I just pay once for add ons till I finish all mimutes ?

You pay once! Also the minutes will never expire so you can keep them in your account as long as you want, until they are all used up that is
