US data add on not working

Hello, I have added US data to my plan (which I have done multiple times before) and it's not working this time.

  • enable/disable airplane mode
  • try turning off your phone, remove your sim, turn on the phone and reinstall 
  • reset your network settings

contact customer support mods if you are still experiencing issues

 

type "data troubleshooting"

(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)

make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

@gblackburn if you are in the US enable roaming and restart your phone. Stay safe.

@gblackburn hi if you mean the 10 day roaming data you need to be in the US to use it

Not sure which add-on you're talking about. If it's the 10 Day US Roaming data add-on...you need to be in US for it to work.

Log into your account...do you see the $$ sitting in Available Funds. If so...you need to go back and buy the add-on you want.

Restart phone.
