you need to buy either the Bundle - US Roaming - Talk, Text and 5GB Data (15 days) for $30 or the Bundle - US Roaming - Talk, Text and 5GB Data (30 days) for $40
What you need to do is to ask PM to reverse the transaction first. They will leave the fund in your account as a credit
Wait until the support done the reverse, then rebuy the Bundle with data
To ask PM to help with reverse, Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
