Hi,
My Public Mobile account appears to have been suspended, possibly following a credit card replacement, and my phone now shows “out of service.” When I try to log in, I cannot access my account history or proceed with payment.
I would like to restore access and, most importantly, confirm that my phone number has not been permanently released. My goal is either to reactivate the account or port the number to another provider as soon as possible.
Could a moderator please contact me via private message to assist with:
Confirming whether my number is still recoverable
Regaining access to my account (if possible)
Providing the necessary account details for porting

how long you missed the payment? if over 90 days, then the account would be closed. Call 1855-4PUBLIC and enter the phone number. if the system can still find your number, you are good
then all you need to do is to login My Account or PM app and update the credit card and then make a payment
if you cannot login still, ask PM to help. But since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
