I have the Canada- US plan and am in the US now, but have no service…. Cell and roaming are turned on. What could be the problem?

It was choosing Verizon automatically. T-Mobile works fine. 5 G seems to be ok at the moment. Thanks all!!

try reboot phone. Manually select 4G for network..not 5G. Select T-Mobile or AT&T as preferred networks.

@denyseW The two most common problems seem to be trying to use 5G (especially with AT&T) instead of 4G/LTE or the phone not being enabled for VoLTE which means the only voice option is T-Mobile's 2G which is spotty. but it it's a VoLTE problem data should still work, just not voice. So nothing is working at all? Also make sure the phone isn't trying to use Verizon because that's not a PM roaming partner. You may need to manually select T-Mobile or AT&T.
