Hi there .
I added a US roaming data/text/voice add ons yesterday. They show in my account as paid and added. I am now in the US and it is ondicatind for all 3 services that I require a US add on .
I have tried rebooting and manually selecting the carrier ATT and T-Mobile. Neither which have worked.
I have PM Brooke but hoping someone here has an idea to help or another mod can assist.

Ok. Figured it out .I added to my son's account. Logins are almost identical. just added another plan to my and good to go. Doh!

@Krogers1974 as @will13am noted, you need to private message the moderator team, not Brooke. Here's the details:
How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?
- Please contact the Community Moderator Team to get gelp with you account.
- They are Public Mobile support employees who can help with your issue (More details).
- Click here to send them a private message.
In your message please include:
- PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue
Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:
- Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount
How long until they reply?:
- Office Hours: Mon-Friday 9am to 9pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 7:30pm [Toronto Time].
- Messages are replied to during office hours, in the order in which they are received
- Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
- There is no need to send multiple messages.

@Krogers1974, if the US addons are correctly purchased and in the account and you cannot manually connect to the roaming partner, it might be worthwhile to have the moderator team look into this. Brooke doesn't look after this kind of stuff.

Hi there, yes all 3 add ons are listed and roaming is turned on. None of them are working voice , text or data.

When you log into self serve, your add-on is listed under "My Data & Add-Ons"?
Also, have you enabled roaming on your phone?
