US Roaming

Purchased US Roaming for talk and text and did not work the whole time I was in US

@Jonnigun , were you at least able to connect to a roaming partner network?  Talk can be a bit iffy due to 3G network shutdown.  Text should be fine as long as there is a network connection.  MMS will require roaming data to be enabled even if roaming data was not purchased.

@Jonnigun   You can request an account credit from customer support via chatbot or CS_Agent.  Try the chatbot first.
