Good evening y'all!

So I'm about to embark on a trip to the States tomorrow and I just purchased the 15 day US roaming package. I looked in my usage to see if it was there and the call/texting was but not the data. It's telling me the data isn't compatible for some reason. Is that because I'm still in Canada and everything will kick in properly once I get over there or what?

additionally...when you get near the US border, you'll get a sms.. "Welcome to USA" and a nag to get a talk add-on, to which you can just ignore as long as you have your add-on.

it should be ok.  When you check My Account, please use browser with Incognito mode, then click Usage Breakdown under the Usage odometer on the front page and you should see the US roaming is there.  Also, check the Payment history page to confirm your transaction went through

A reminder, when you are in US, make sure you try to connect to T-Mobile, Verizon or AT&T network.
If it does not connect automatically, then change the Network connection to manual and try each network manually

For data, make sure you enable Roaming Mobile Data on your phone.  Change network mode to 4G/LTE  

For voice, as US has decommissioned the 3G network for voice calls, your phone has to be VoLTE compatible with PM network to receive calls in US.  You can confirm it using the IMEI checker here:

Login to your account on the PM app or website then to Subscription>Usage Breakdown and it should list it under Add-ons.
