Do you mean US Roaming plan for calling in the US?
You make the 2 step purchase online…no confirmation.

The only 'US plan' is $50+ PM Plans but this is only to call US number WHILE in Canada.
To have ability to call from US you have to purchase appropriate US add-on. Did you do that and it is not working?

Public Mobile does not offer phone plans for use while in the USA.
They do offer USA roaming add-ons, which expire after 10 days from purchase.
If that is what you mean, check under your "plan details" to see if it is there.
If so, reboot your device and connect to a T-Mobile or AT&T provider while in the USA.
(EDIT: or do you mean you purchased a $50 or higher monthly plan which includes 'long- distance' calling to the USA while in Canada?)
