I received an "Activation Failed" message during a new activation. I did receive a welcoming email with my activation details and my credit card was charged, although I can't login to my self-serve account. I still have service with my old provider and the port of my old number hasn't taken place. No one is READING my pm's, let alone replying. Please help!

Try to turn your phone off and on
It's an known issue, wait a bit it should work for you.
