I paid for the $33.90 plan (eSIM) for J*Y*. My account number ends in **33, email adress is g********l.com.
I cannot log in to the app to install my eSIM due to a 'Something went wrong' error. Please send me the eSIM QR code manually and help with the login issue.

Did you get email with QR code for eSIM?
Just in case, check your phone setting to make sure that PM eSIM was not installed anyways.
Otherwise, you will need to contact customer service agent
