My plan was to AutoPay on Aug16, I was on vacation and went to use phone and it says suspended due insufficient funds, I went to bank they assured me nothing wrong and then I used to make purchase to make sure. *611 told me in on,t needed 22$ so I add 40... phone still does not work and card is still getting same message. I do not have any other card to try with please help fix this issue I have been without phone for 6 days now!!!!
