URGENT! Cannot activate cellular data network

I have data I can call and text and I checked I have like 800mb left but when I try and use my data it just says “cannot activate cellular data network” can someone help me with this asap

@maxwello11 try you SIM card into another compatible phone to see if data works. This will rule out a device issue.

Perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings.

This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

Iphone:

To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.

Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.

android:

Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.

 

 

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

@maxwello11   are you using Android or iPhone?

 

if Android, please confirm you do not have a data limit setup for Mobile Data.  PM is running on 30 days schedule but phone cycle is running on monthly, so, the setting could cause issue

It’s on, I’ve turned it on and off, restarted my phone, reset data settings, cleared data statistics still nothing. Incoming calls and texts are working yes

@maxwello11   do you know if you incoming calls and texts are both working too?  Please try and confirm

 

for your data issue, make sure you have mobile data turned on.  The error looks like the mobile data is disabled on the device setting
