UPDATE NEW ADDRESS

I AM TRYING TO UPDATE MY NEW ADDRESS BUT WHEN I AM GOING TO SAVE INFORMATION, THEN IT SHOWING INVALID ADDRESS, PLEASE ADVISE WHAT I HAVE TO DO NOW ? EVEN HOW TO CREATE TICKET TO CONTACT AGENT ?

If you're still having issues changing your address, you can reach a CS Agent via this link to change the address for you.

Keep an eye on the top right corner for their reply.

One other thing to note, @NUPURLAVI , is that the way to do this is to:

  1. log into self-serve
  2. go to Profile tab
  3. tap the pencil icon by your name to the right
  4. start entering your address in the field
  5. the system will provide a pull-down of matching addresses based on what you type,
  6. type slowly to allow the system to generate matching addresses,
  7. select the one which matches, or most closely matches, what you're needing it to display.

You don't need to input an address on your PM account.   Is there a need to do this for some purpose.

Just leave the fields blank, @NUPURLAVI
