U.S. Roaming Package

Hi all.

 I clicked to order a U.S. roaming package for an upcoming trip, and it didn't seem to confirm or anything. I clicked the "Pay Now" button. I looked at my payment history(in my account) and it only shows my monthly payments. Yet, my credit card was billed the $34.50 on today's date, indicating it went through fine.

Is there a way to confirm it through my account, somewhere?

Thank you! will give it a try. On a side note, I am just hours from going to the airport, so it is somewhat last minute 🙂

@lbradbury221  No it started as soon as you successfully purchase the add on , it also why it’s recommended to only purchase it before you get on the plan or right before you head to the airport . But if you have been charged and don’t see it there you can also try and swipe down from the top of the screen while in the public mobile app to refresh the page and see if it shows . If it’s still not there then you can contact support to help fix if you have been charged already 

Public mobile prefers

you  use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen . If that dosent work you can instead send  a  private message   To CS_Agent

No, I do not, but it is my understanding that it activates once you enter the U.S.?

@lbradbury221  If you log into your public mobile account , and tap “usage breakdown “ do you see a 15 day count down for the roaming add on ?
