Its been two weeks without service . NEW SIM not here as yet and I'm going back to work today again and wont be back home for the next two again. I cant stay that long with service. I got to try the sim in another phone and it still never worked proves nothing is wrong with my phone. Can i get my voucher money back?? Because its on the SIM I ACTIVATED TWO WEEKS AGO AND STOPPED WORKING TWO DAYS AFTER.
No one is able to tell me what's happening i just keep hearing the account look fine. I CANT EVEN LOG IN AND NO ONE HELPED ME WITH THAT EITHER. Its like i dont exist on my end althought i activated.
