The phone number for the confirmation code no longer exists so I can’t log in. I can’t seem to figure out how to connect to a customer service agent

see if you can get the code via email and then update the phone number yourself.
On the 2FA screen, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code" and choose "Send email" to get 2FA
If you can login with the 2FA sent to email, then you can go to Profile > Manage EverSafe ID and then update the phone number
if you cannot get the code via email, then ask PM CS agent to update the phone number for you. Private message CS Agent at:
