I have two numbers that should be with my account.
My husband's and my own. The message on his phone is no payment received. I need to get this straightened out.

your account is separate from his account...can't have 2 on one account.
adding...have hubby dial *611 to hear current plan status and pay using on-file payment card. Alternative is to get payment vouchers Shoppers, No Thrills or Canada Tire...then he'll dial *611 to add them to the account.

hi @DebLA PM is one email one account for one number
if you have two numbers, you should have 2 accounts activated using 2 different emails
