Two Welcome Emails

I joined public mobile on October 23rd. Upon activation of my SIM card, I recieved a welcome email. 

Randomly just a few moments ago, a week after signing up, I recieved another welcome email which I find bizarre. It says my next bill date is November 24th but my PM account says its November 23rd. What is going on here?

That’s weird maybe they sent it to the wrong person somehow or it might have just been a mistake. Just check your bank card to see if more than one payment comes out then contact tpublic mobile and let them know.

Be careful with the dates, there are two.  One is for latest date for account top up and the other which is the following day is account renewal.  Really, the separation is not a day but a couple of hours.  Usually around 2am eastern time, renewal takes place.

@ljdemont  Sometimes public mobile sends out double texts or emails randomly or otherwise you can generally ignore them or log into your account to check if something worries you. Your billing billing date or plan start is the day after your payment is expected. You need to ensure you have sufficient funds in your account or autopay enabled by 11:59pm et on nov 23rd to ensure your account is not suspended. On that day do not panic if it says account says expired or suspended if you have enough funds and your service is Working....this is a normal part of the renewal process.
