Two Apps cannot connect with mobile data

Avy

I've been on Public Mobile for over a year. All was well until I got a new phone last week. Everything works except two apps only work on WiFi  - they will not connect with mobile data. I've tried all the suggested solutions I can search out. The new phone is a Moto G8 Power with Android 10. All apps work on mobile data except my two security camera apps. They just say "connecting", but never do. In settings for Android 10, I've made sure Background data is ON, and Unrestricted Data is ON for the two apps. I've also made sure Power optimization is turned off for the apps. I've tried a few suggestions on Android forums and sites, but nothing helps. I've tried removing my Google accounts and re-adding them and yes, I've tried rebooting the phone. I've tried clearing caches where suggested as well.

I'm in Ontario, and my APN settings (which set up automatically) are:

Reset Network Settings MOTOROLA Moto G8 Plus
  1. At very beginning, turn on the mobile by holding the Power button for a couple of seconds.
  2. In the second step swipe up the screen and select Settings from Main Menu.
  3. Then choose System and Reset.
  4. Afterward tap Network Settings Reset and Reset Settings.
  5. At the end select Reset Settings.
  6. Great!

Then try using the APN settings that I gave you.

Tried clearing the cache for the apps - no change

Uninstalled the apps, rebooted the phone, installed the apps again - no change

When you say "resetting your network settings", I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean the APN settings? I tried the settings suggested by gblackma, but no change.
