@Vancouguy There has been a few issues with the service recently so many people have been trying to contact the moderators. Three days is actually better, it was up to 5 last week.

@Vancouguy  There was a glitch in the system that would double charge some accounts but my understating is that PM will credit your account back. If you dial *611 is there a credit in your account?
