Hello so I got a public mobile sim card and did the whole transfering my number and all and the account was activated and all. But when i put the sim card in it ended up being a faulty sim. I was told to get another so i did and now im trying to switch sims but when I hit "change sim card" it says it has to verify it's me by sending a 6 digit code. But I cant get to my number or anything because it's on this broken sim card and I can't get access to get the code to change sims... I'm lost and stuck
