Trying to get an agent to Help

Hi 

My data isn't working but my phone line is. When I go out I can make and receive calls but I can't use the internet. I've been trying to message an agent to get help but it doesn't seem to be working. Can someone message me please?

Sounds like an APN issue. What make and model is the phone?

the phone was never used or Pm  network?

try to Reset All Networks and see if it works

if iPhone, update the Carrier Profile

Can you double check in the settings of your phone that your data is enabled? 

Also it would be worth signing onto your account and double checking on the overview page how much data you have used this month. You can hit the reverse clock logo to refresh the info to get the most up to date usage:

If it’s showing that you have data remaining and your phone does indeed have data enabled, please reach out to customer service.
