If you click on brows and then select the category that your issue can relate to, then on that category you will have option of posting your question, just click the green 'ask question' button.
We will be able to reply and help you troubleshoot yourself.
If we fail u can reach support by clicking the question mark and asking the bot to come a ticket (contact human)
You can also find the chat bot in help section.
If you can't find the ticket with him though can contact them directly https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

If you already have a Public Mobile account, transfering in (porting) a phone number is done by going to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat and typing in "port request".

Putting your number out increases the chance of spam calls, porting fraud and personal security issues. Its slso against the terms of service. We can help you or direct you to the moderators for account issues. What problem are you having? Please edit out your phone number first.

Well...this being more of a hands on kinda place...can you login to your self-serve account?
If so, can you make a payment using either a payment card or a voucher?
Making a payment should reactivate your service.
