I'm trying to purchase a new e sim for my new phone as my old phone broke 2 months ago. When I go to log in to the app, it switches to the email verification code screen for 1 second and then just goes back to the login screen again and doesn't even send my email the verification code. I've been trying to contact support but no one's answering me back

Public Mobile has ackonowledged there's a glitch messaging Customer Support using Chatbot...they suggest using this link..
