I just switched from an iPhone 11 with a physical SIM card to an iPhone 17 and I had to get a new eSIM. Now my phone can’t use Nextiva on cellular data (it works fine on wifi).
I'm at my wits end and i feel like I’ve tried every trouble shooting thing ChatGPT and the chat bot could throw at me.
Is there something wrong with the eSIM or is there something that needs to be reset?

@SabrinaBee make sure you removed the old provider sim card, or disable the old provider eSIM
then Reset network settings after a device reboot
if other app can access mobile data, uninstall Nextiva and reinstall after a device reboot. After the app is reinstalled, check the app info and make sure it is allowed for mobile data access

Try resetting the Network setting and reboot your phone to see if that works.
If not, contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon and type in “Submit a Ticket” then Contact for an agent to help you.
