Trouble activating subscription

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I followed all the steps for activating the subscription, but on the Transfer Number page, when I clicked activate,  an error message pops up saying "subscription not activated, something didn't go right when activating your subscription.  Click below to contact a customer support agent". I tried this several times and it still didn't work. Please help!
