I have been trying to sign into my account but forgot my password. Every time I press the forgot my password link, the email sends so many hours later and is then expired when I try to click it. I need to access my account so I can switch to Koodo.
@ragierajah, the password reset does not work, unfortunately. You will need to send a private message to the moderator team so that they can reset it for you.
