Hello,
I am having trouble logging into my public mobile account. I have tried to reset my password but when the e-mail comes in, it keeps indicating that "Sorry, this page has a time limit which has expired. Please re-enter the old and new passwords and try again."
Can someone help me out with this?

@glai91 Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation. Watch for the reply as account resets are time sensitive.

Which browser are you using? You could try a different one or look into clearing your current browser's cache.
Another thing might be to use your browser's incognito or private mode (different browsers call it different things).
