Triple Charged - How can I get additional charges refunded?

Like many, I recently signed up Public Mobile. During the payment process, the page died multiple times and once it finally went through, I was hit with three charges. My PM account doesn't list the three charges, but my bank certainly shows three seperate charges. Has any one faced this issue? I've direct messaged Public Mobile mods on here and sent an email two day agos but I've got no replies from anyone.

If there is a Public Mobile moderator who sees this, I would greatly appreciate any sort of help trying to sort this out. Out almost 300 dollars!

Thanks

Same thing happened to me but was charged about double.  Have $132 credit I believe in my account.

Still waiting since Nov 18 to get a reply to my issue.

I'm not going to dispute it with my credit card company as I believe PM will credit me soon, so I hope.

I'm in the same boat here too..switched 3 phones over the course of a week.  Ended up in porting limbo with one and had a credit card error partway through registration with another.  Looked at my credit card charges and noticed I had one too many charges in that time period and Oddly enough it was from PC mobile and the others are charged to Public mobile (same amounts though).  Anyhoo...Pm'd a moderator and hopefully get it resolved on their end rather than open a dispute with the cc company.

I'll post to let you know what happens

Good Luck!

Always better to get the company to look at it. PM will refund you.

Thanks for the suggestion. That was my first reaction. I called up TD and they said it would take at minimum 15 business days for them to investigate and resolve. Would rather not wait that long if I can get it refunded through PM.

Hi @vwickiam

Just contact your bank and they will solve everything. Sometimes that happens and once you rectify that, the bank will correct it.

You'll definitely be refunded, it just might take some time.

Try to message Shazia.

She is usually pretty fast in replying.

Good Luck!
