Tried to move to Koodo

hi there, i'm fairly new and I got a promo code to move to Koodo but at the last second they would not honnor it, so how do I get my public mobile sim card to work again and get my number back? thanks Colin.

you didn't pass the credit check!

if you can't , you can't port your number to Koodo.

it means you are still PM user.

but why do you have problem?

just put the sim card in your phone and use it.

Koodo is post paid system, they want to know the credit of newbie.

So they want to check Driver license and Credit Card.

As you don't have above, you should ask your parents and open their name.

it is simple and ease.

Did you do this online?  If you did your SIM should still be active with your number as Koodo ships the SIM activated with a new number on it.  How can Koodo not honor the offer?

If they did not port your number you are still on PM

IF they did port your number you are with Koodoo.

Just signing up with Koodo does nothing to your account until you port.
