I tried to activate my sim card but it did not work and my credit card was charged. It is saying that my sim card is already in use now and does not recognize my email. Can anyone help with this issue?.

All is good now. It took a few days to get it fixed up but my phone is working as it should now. Thanks to everyone who took the time to write and try and help me out.

@mnoseworthy To recover access to your account you need assistance from the Moderator Team. Click this: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 to send a private message to the moderator team with a description of your issue. Usually they answer within in 24 hours, but can take a few days.
Do not send multiple messages. This increases the queue and adds to the time moderators take to locate all your messages.
Glad you at have a working phone, thoigh it sounds as if the wrong plan was activated.

Thank you for the reply. Update... my phone now has service but I received a text saying my plan does not include text or calling and to change it login to self serve but the only problem is that my phone number and email is not recognized still. Has anyone had this issue before?. I tried creating a new account but it says my email is in use.

Try to put your Sim in your phone? Does it work? And for your self-serve wait the moderator..

@mnoseworthy You need to contact Public Mobile to resolve this issue. To contact Public Mobile click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Moderator Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am (Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm (Eastern).
