It 100% sure does. When you're in Mexico, it's just like being home in Canada. You will get unlimited talk text and data (up to your data limit) while you're there. NO EXTRA FEES!! Or addons needed. It's all part of the plan.
You MAY need to go into your network settings and turn off automatic and pick whichever provider is there and then reboot the phone. And finally, you will need to turn on data roaming. Remember, Public Mobile is PREPAID. Meaning you've already paid for the plan. Enjoy Mexico.
