Hello, I am going to be in Europe for two months and I will have an eSIM there. Can I possibly put my account on pause and still keep my phone number?

You can pause your PM service for up to 90 days of no pay. After 90+ days of no pay your account will be deleted, number lost.
Go to your account and toggle off 'Subscribed':

hi @Christina8 yes, you can turn off Autopay. Go to payment page, click Manage Subscriptions and turn off Subscribed
but it only suspend the account at the end of your current cycle. Depends on how long your trip is, you might not save much
and you only have 90 days grave person to resume service or you will loss your number
