I was wondering if with my plan is US roaming included.. my parents and friend say they crossed no problem and didn't have to change anything or pat more. Thank you

If you determine that you have a US or US-Mexico roaming plan, you need to turn on Data Roaming on your phone when you’re travelling.

Please note to use service in the USA, members need to switch to VoLTE in they phone setting and also their phone must be on the whitelist of phones that will work in the USA. If not list then they need to connect to T-Mobile network in 2G.

login My Account and check Subscription and Add-on page and it will confirm if you have US roaming included. Pleae note only Canada/US or Canada/US/Mexico plan will have US roaming included

or if you cannot find the details yourself, you can check with PM support

 open ticket with PM support:
