Hello.
I'm trying to submit a ticket to have the following issue resolved urgently.
I am a new PM customer and in the process of transferring my number from the previous provider Koodo. Unfortunately, Koodo made an error and are having to fix it and advised that I won't have service for up to 72h. This puts me in a predicament as I am expecting calls from medical professionals who now won't be able to contact me.
How do I contact a customer service person to talk to. All my attmepts thus far have been to no avail.
