Now I am in some kind of limbo, I can't receive texts/calls, and the 6-digit code to ensure its me doesn't get sent. What is the process for fixing this?

@JLGielen did you recently join public mobile?
If you ported a number in from another carrier, did you reply yes to the text to confirm the port?
