@Justinr11 You can do it when activating a new PM SIM card . Or pick a temp phone number from PM and port in after from your my account .just make sure your virgin account is active leaving the sSIM in phone until you receive the confirmation text to port . You will have 90 mins to reply YES to the text . Then with in half hour it should stop working and you can put the PM SIM card in and reboot the phone . And this way you won’t miss any calls or texts while porting is being completed . And once you successfully port your virgin number to PM it will automatically. Close out your virgin account
