Hi. I need to transfer or port my Pm number to another carrier but would like to keep my PM account and get it on a different number. How can I do this? My PM account is very old and I don’t want to lose it when I port my number. Please help. Thanks.

I need the US unlimited roaming plan. Is that the one for $40? I have $10 of savings on my account and don’t want to lose that at all.

@MIA6 There’s just no way to port PM number out and keep the account and you cannot replace the number with a new PM number . Once ported out successfully it will automatically close the PM account for good and the rewards will be gone . What plan did you want with PM ? One of the new activation plans . Some folks have had success contacting support to get changed to some of these new plans .
How ever if your on old rewards saving $7 every 30 days you can still get the 60GB for $40 and with your $7 off that’s $33 $1 better then the new activation plan 50GB for $34 with 10GB extra data to enjoy ,so your still comming out ahead of the new activation plan does
but you can also try your luck with support

Thank u for ur reply! Unfortunately Pm doesn’t offer the plan I wanted for the current no that I have with them. Therefore I want to use my no with the plan I need it to be with but still be able to kee PM account wether it be on a different no is np. I don’t want to lose my savings on the account as it’s about 12 years old.

@MIA6 Sorry this can’t be done the minute you port the PM number out it will close you account . Why not just get a new number with the new carrier then you keep PM account
