Started activation process. However when I tried to transfer my number it shows it’s not a valid number my current is TELUS prepaid number. How do I solve this?

it is weird, but there are couple posts about similar issue. But all Telus numbers can be ported here as Telus owns PM
You can choose a number first. Wait until the account is fully setup and work, then you can login your My Account and go to Profile to request Transfer Phone number , or you can submit ticket and ask PM agent to move the number here for you
