Transferring from fizz

I’m transferring from fizz, I received the port out message of fizz and replied yes, but PM message me I entered IMEI wrong, moreover, when I open the PM app to install eSIM, it just unable to complete.

there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them
