Hey Guys!
So I lost my old phone and I want to transfer my SIM but the public mobile website tells me to complete the SIM change I would need to enter a one time security code. The problem with this is they give me the option to text my old phone (Which makes no sense because I lost it) or to email my code to my email address.
As soon as I select the code to be emailed the Website crashes and it send me to the home screen. How can I transfer my Sim another way because this is clearly not working. Or can someone from the customer support help me out?

i suggest you can try it for a different Browser
close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
how to clear cache and cookies in microsoft edge browser visit Here link,
and use a Browser from your computer,is better
use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and if you use a home internet please do one thing take your power internet off for about
a 1 minute and put it back on,to refreshing your network,

Have you tried another browser or Incognito mode? Clear cache and cookies.
