Transferring Number

How long does it take for a Telus phone number to transfer to Public Mobile? I just filled out the transfer details and it said successfully completed.

You  should be able to call out right away with your Telus number but the last part of the port is receiving calls, once you can dial your Telus number on another phone and it rings on your public mobile phone then it's complete
