Anybody have any experience of transferring a number over from Bell?
I've been waiting for 2 weeks.
The chatbot and "customer service" seem totally useless.

It should only take about 2 hours to complete the porting process…not 2 weeks.
Check to see if your old SIM is still working. If it does then porting is incomplete and you need to reach out to a CS_Agent by Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket. Or DM them by clicking on the your avatar then Messages.

HI @pjwdoyle it hsouldn't be 2 weeks. You got a text from Bell to ask for your approval and you replied yes?
2 weeks is too long. Call the porting support team and ask them the status. I have sent you the number to your community inbox , check and call
