Hello,
My wife and I signed up with Public Mobile today. I transferred my number to my account and logged out, we had another tab open with her account and I transferred her number to what I thought was her account.. but it appears that I transferred her number over top of mine. Is their any way to correct this? Both numbers are listed under her name.

Her number is still the public mobile number that we selected. I tried to port my number onto hers but it isn't available anymore since I originally ported it.

@MrFooze Ouch! However, I think that you cannot change your number more than once a month. So, after you ported (transferred) in YOUR number into your account, you should not have been able to immediately port in your wife's number into your account.
That said, if you call your number, does your phone ring? What happens if you call your wife's number? Does her phone ring? Of course, if the transfers are not yet completed, it would be too early to tell. If calling your number ends up with a message that the line is not active (or something like that), and calling your wife's number rings on your phone, then your number *might* be lost.
You might want to send a private message to the moderator team, and ask them to look into this for you. If your account(s) did get messed up, they might be able to fix it. Include your account number and account PIN in the message to help speed up identification.

@MrFooze Oouch, I am sorry to hear about this.
You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with all the details. Make sure you explain them exactly what happened and hopefully they can somehow get your number back.
