Transfering number

I've been trying to two days to transfer my number following the prompts.    I never seem to get my text and I cant submit a ticket.

are you porting out or porting in?

if you are leaving PM, try to port out, please contact the new carrier and ask them to re-initiate the transfer request

if porting in, there is a porting support team, call them and they can re-initiate the transfer request.  I will send you the number to your Community inbox
